to the seasonal nature of our products we are unable to
offer lamb or beef all year
round. In general our lamb (half and whole portions) can be purchased between August and the following February and needs 10 days notice in order to give enough time for the meat to mature to acheive full flavour. Full details on prices and latest
availability can be found here. RUBY RED DEVON BEEF Due to our calving policy beef is normally available from about October until christmas. The beef generally needs 4-5 weeks notice as it will be hung for a minimum of 3 weeks prior to cutting and packing . Occaisionally we have some joints available. Please call for details.
